“It is our appeal to citizens not to go by advertisements. MahaRERA website is easy to access and an ordinary citizen can easily do it,” he said.
As Mumbai, Thane, Pune civic bodies are well off, they will be told to take satellite images as a pilot project, he said.
During Question Hour Fadnavis was replying to supplementary questions on illegal construction in Kalyan-Dombivli.
Housing minister Atul Save said websites of all civic bodies will be synced with MahaRERA’s for smooth flow of information. “BMC has already done it,” he said.
