Local self-government bodies are the service providers. Change in cities should be felt visually. Officers should perform in such a way that the mark of their career will be left on the development of the city," Fadnavis said.

Advanced municipal corporations in the state should guide other municipalities and municipal councils such as the big cities, small towns. Development decisions should be implemented in real life instead of on paper," said CM Shinde.
